The race course held up in the warm temps yesterday. There was little to no traffic on the course and we thank you for that. Temps dropped last night and I will be out before noon today to scratch everything back in order.
Today and tomorrow will be your best bet for some local snow as the forecast calls for rain on Thursday and 54 degrees on Friday.
UPDATE – Everything fully restored!
Souhegan is hosting a high school race on Monday at Legacy. We will be setting up the race course in the morning. Race starts at 3:30.
For everyone’s safety we are asking the public to stay off the race course on Monday. We will be using all 3 ball fields as the woods are still not skiable.
We will groom everything back to normal on Tuesday morning for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your cooperation!
Going to try and scratch up the surface this afternoon when temps rise closer to 30 degrees. Plan is to do another groom of the ball fields on Thursday as temps are forecast to be North of 32 degrees for one last day of nice skiing before the REAL cold sets in on Friday.
