Nothing skiable at Legacy today. Tomorrow a nor’easter will hit New Hampshire and things will look very different. We will have to wait until Wednesday before we can start grooming. Once the roads are clear feel free to blaze your own ski tracks. Or better yet, explore the snowshoe trails.
I received this photo from a dismayed skier who was asking “why do people walk directly on the classic tracks?” I told him I do not know. It is especially destructive when the snow is soft. All I can do is wait for more snow to fall and try to groom away the foot prints.
Thank you for bagging your dog poop. Is it too much to ask to not leave the bagged poop on the trail?
The snow is soft and fading fast at Legacy so no grooming until it snows again. There are bare spots on the connectors. A storm (Nor’easter?) is headed our way on Tuesday so the ski season could be extended just a little bit longer. Fingers crossed for one more hurrah!
